  These fellas helped us install new ducted air conditioning & electronic home automation systems at two of our investment properties in Maitland & Newcastle recently. The whole process was handled over the phone because we don't live locally and I have to say the service was brilliant. Jason and his staff were very helpful in supporting us to decide on the best air conditioners for our specific properties and they just 'got the job done' with minimal fuss. We were also very happy with the price after shopping around with some other Newcastle air conditioning companies. (Some of whom didn't even return our call!) New Age Air Conditioning have got an outstanding business going and we're very happy to recommend them to anyone needing air conditioning or home automation services.

  The wife and I are extremely happy with our new automated remote control powered ducted air conditioning unit. The entire process from quote to installation was smooth and easy. The best part was that the tradesmen were friendly to my wife and they cleaned up after themselves. We would have no hesitation in recommending New age air conditioning to anybody in Lake Macquarie or Newcastle who wants an efficient, friendly service and at a fair price. Thanks.   I had to change the date and time at very short notice. No problem. I was given a different date quickly and with no fuss. Caine did a thorough job and diagnosis. He communicates information in plain clear English for AC dummies. Thanks Rachel for changing time and Clay for clear information.

  I have never dealt with such a terrible company. My air conditioning installation was atrocious and after a year I am still left with a leaking roof and damaged ceiling. They use contractors and the excuse for my damage is "poor contractor who we have sacked". WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!
