  Horrible. Old red hair woman at the printing counter was incredibly rude to myself and other customers. I ask to have a poster printed and she treats me like an idiot and gives me an annoyed look and sigh every time I talk. Then, a family came in asking for passport photos to be printed after me, and she gives such unprofessional behaviour. Raising her voice, acting passive aggressive and telling them to shove off. When i went to checkout to buy other things, the man at the counter before im even done buying my items, is on his mobile phone.

  The shop has everything you need. I myself work in retail and I'm not going to say I get treated well by customers. Though I never treat them the way I got treated by the stuff not all of them but the three girls I had tried to talk to where so rude to me.they need to know that if there having an issue at work don't take it out on customers sorry for the rant but I'm always saying how unwell we get treated so don't do it to nice people

  Helen is not only rude to customers but to the other staff. Makes for a really bad experience shopping.
