  I have now bought 6 cars through Robert Lenton at Kloster BMW and by far this has been the most statisfying experience. Personally I find it hard to buy my vehicles off anyone else. I have always experienced trustworthy and transparent dealings with Rob and know that every time I’m looking to buy a car I’m very well looked after! Also this time round a thank you to Daniel Chaloub, Arthur Favos and louie in Finance who all worked together to achieve a great outcome on my desired car. I look forward to my next purchase, and just maybe the 10th one could be free???

  Thoroughly recommend the team at Kloster BMW Newcastle. I really enjoyed the process of purchasing my gorgeous new X3 earlier this year and this was enhanced due to the enthusiastic interest and level of service delivered by the Sales and Finance teams. Even arranging my comprehensive insurance, personal plates transferred, window tinting, seal and protect all arranged effortlessly so they were less things I had to do. It was a fun day heading into the 'ribbon room' to receive my beautiful new car, and having the additional personal service of a BMW 'Genius' to teach me about of the amazing tech-tools has made the upgrade simpler! Thank you, Cody, Paul, Daniel and Louie!
