  The shops are spilt between two buildings. One in the lower floors of an apartment block with underground parking. The other, separated by an open, ground level car park, in a less substantial, single level structure. Oddly, the two have quite different patron demographics; the high-rise has the wealthier, the other less salubrious. It's quite stark. The hike between the two is the major negative aspect of this shopping centre.

  This is an unusual layout for a shopping centre, with parking and a road between the "old" and "new" sections, and with a residential tower on top of the new section. The outdoor parking can be extremely busy. The undercover parking can be busy too. To get to the upper levels of parking you need to enter from the rear street. Clean restrooms. Good range of speciality shops especially two shoe stores, a premium cafe, fishmonger, Yoghurtland and gift store.

  Some greenery inside and pedestrian crossings across the parking entrances would help make the newer half a more pleasant place to visit.

  an odd store layout can make it a little troublesome to navigate but due to its smaller size its not too hard. restrooms are usually clean and tidy.

  good variety of stores but can be busy at times. has plenty of parking.
