  I’ve been to quite a few RMS(rta) in Australia and this one receives the top prize of having the rudest customer service hands down. I don’t know about most people but going to the RMS can sometimes be a stressful thing depending on your situation. And having great, helpful and patient people to direct and imform you helps your situation out a lot.

  Good service straight off the bat they'll engage you and direct you where you need to go, very professional and polite. Parking is off street and can be a bit of an issue as it does get very busy.

  My girlfriend went into get her full lisence for the first time. And had some important question which she was not sure of. The male staff member there had no interest in helping her out, shown by the look of boredom on his face and cutting her off before she stopping speaking. So she ended up in Wallsend RMS, who were more then happy to help her out and fit her in.

  Very impressive. I was very impressed with the service, plus they made us feel welcome. My only advice to all that will be visiting for license or any other matter, is to make sure you go on their website to find out everything you need or all the documents to support your application and then go ahead. Thanks to Mel Hugo for making it easy and fun when we visit with my husband to change our license and to help my husband with his DA. I will recommend this branch to anyone who needs help with their licenses or other

  I paid $117 to have a licence translated and delivered to me since I needed it urgently. One of the staff ticked the wrong box in my licence translation and now I have to wait another few days to get the translation. So I could have got the free translation in the same time.
