  Bad experience 3 years ago, and gave it another chance this week. No, still the worst customer service I've experienced and disorganised delivery. I've now had to take the day off work because the delivery times were stuffed up and no one bothered to tell me when it was coming. I'll only shop at Bennetts Green again, despite the fact I only live 5 minutes from the Newcastle West store.

  We went in a few times paying off our furniture package and we were always treated wonderfully. They helped us alter our package and reccomened ways to decorate and upgrade or furniture.

  A real shame that the staff don't know what good customer service is. Felt like i was interrupting the employees conversations and they didn't really care whether i shopped there or went elsewhere. I wanted to buy a few things for the house but they just wanted me to leave so that's what i did.

  If u are first time buyers or live in budget or live in for a short time I believe fantastic furniture is your place. I even try second-hand furniture but sometime fantastic furniture much cheaper than second-hand ones. But you must be warned i believe these furniture aren't quality furniture but after using it for several months I'm still happy with it. Little tip if u visit the Shop sometimes they put some furniture on sale due to damages or most of the time because they put it in display for long time. So good luck finding your furniture.
